How are sessions conducted?
Session formats vary based on venue and court availability. At ShriFort, our popular format includes 40 minutes of structured games, a short break and rotation, and another 40 minutes of games. Total play time is approximately 80 minutes.
Are all sessions 80 minutes long?
No. Different venues may have different court booking durations. Some sessions may be 60 minutes, 80 minutes, or longer.
How do I know the duration of a session?
All session details, timings, venue information, and pricing are displayed on the app before booking.
How do I book a session?
Simply register on the Shuttlify app, select your preferred session, and complete the booking.
Will someone organise the games?
Yes. Our team and systems help organise balanced games and court rotations.
What if I am late?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the session starts so games can begin smoothly.
Can I cancel a booking?
Members enjoy cancellation flexibility up to 48 hours before the game. Cancellation policies for specific sessions are displayed during booking.
Do I need to bring my own racket?
Yes. Players are encouraged to bring their own racket and playing gear.
